When you submit a consultation request or enrollment form through our Site, you are expressing interest in our Services. This does not constitute a binding agreement until we confirm your booking and you complete the payment process.
Upon receiving your request, we will contact you to discuss your needs, provide detailed service information, and confirm scheduling. A binding agreement is formed when you receive written confirmation from us and payment is received.
Session dates and times will be scheduled by mutual agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
All fees for our Services will be communicated to you before you enroll. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect Services already purchased.
Payment is required before Services commence unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via the methods specified during the booking process.
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend Services until payment is made in full.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice as required by law.
You may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that session or a rescheduling fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to coach unavailability, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a forfeited session and no refund or credit will be provided.
