At Skillpath Consultants, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and training services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of our services. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.
Due to the personalized nature of our coaching and training services, all sales are generally final once services have commenced. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation, and we have established the following policies to address various situations.
Important: This Refund Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing our services, you agree to both documents.
If you enroll in one of our programs and have not yet attended your first session, you may cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund if you notify us within 7 days of your initial purchase date.

Once you have attended your first session or accessed program materials, services are considered to have commenced. After this point, no refunds will be provided for the portion of services already delivered or materials already accessed.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of that session. No refund or credit will be provided.
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notification, it will be considered a "no-show" and the session will be forfeited with no refund or opportunity to reschedule.
While we accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests, repeated rescheduling may be restricted. Sessions must be completed within the agreed program timeframe, typically 6 months from the program start date, unless extended by mutual agreement.
In the rare event that we need to cancel a scheduled session due to coach unavailability, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:
If we discontinue a program that you have enrolled in before you have completed all sessions, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any sessions not delivered.
In the event of a serious medical emergency that prevents you from continuing with your program, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a partial refund for unused sessions. You must provide:
In the event of a death of an immediate family member, we may extend your program completion deadline or provide credit for rescheduling at a later date. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
If you relocate and can no longer attend in-person sessions, we will offer to transition your remaining sessions to online format wherever possible. If online sessions are not suitable for your program, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to modify program content, coaching methods, or materials at any time to improve quality and effectiveness. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for refund.
In some cases, we may assign a different coach than originally scheduled due to availability or specialization needs. We will notify you of any coach changes in advance. Coach changes do not qualify for refunds, as all our coaches are qualified professionals.
While we do not offer a blanket money-back guarantee after services have commenced, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are experiencing concerns about the quality or direction of your coaching:

Services purchased are non-transferable to another person without our prior written consent. Programs are designed for the individual who enrolled and cannot be shared or transferred.
If you purchase services as a gift for another person, the same refund policies apply. The recipient must be identified before services commence, and refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
However, any purchases made before a policy change will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
